Brian was a hobby farmer for many years.  Upon moving to a forested property outside Cottage Grove he started thinking about what the land could produce in addition to evergreens and the already established wild berries, mushrooms and other edibles.   We wanted to bring the land back to health and have it provide healthy, organically grown food for our family and others.  Brian began farming full time in 2019.  Fast forward to today and you'll see several bee hives, fruit trees, berries, mushrooms, garlic, and many other edible, medicinal and decorative fare on our farm. 

The bees joined the forest farm in 2020 and are major team players when it comes to farming.  They are busy all day pollinating our fruit trees and berries and then making incredibly delicious honey. 

JR helps Brian all day long, he's a 4 legged helper who doesn't want to be left out of any project.
